My best half-marathon is 1 hour and 44 minutes. I completed the time in the last nyc half marathon.
Short-Term Running Goals:
My goal is to maintain a weekly schedule of 35 - 40 miles. Over the last couple of months, I have not been able to break 30 miles.
Long-Term Running Goals:
To complete a marathon by the end of 2010.

I enjoy the physical, emotional, and spiritual journey of long distance running. This blog will also include my daily training notes.
Outside - my foot was a little better so I went for a run, but not worth the pain afterwards!
outside - some hills, but my foot start to really bother me, so I shut down my session.
